Why can’t I see translations I’ve just entered?

It’s best practice to log out of Business Central after adding fields or translations. When you log back on, you will notice the translations are now there.

Are Custom Field settings transferred to other companies using intercompany settings? My language/localization is not listed under supported languages. Can I still use Custom Fields? Will the Custom Fields app stay free in the future? Can the values of custom fields be transferred (for instance from a customer to a sales order)?
