What is the value of this app for the logistics department?

This app contains a “shipment planning” overview. In this screen, Availability Indicators are show for all sales orders, on the lines, but also aggregated to the headers. This allows you to see at a glance which orders can be delivered, and which can’t. With a single click, you can filter to only show orders that can be delivered right now. This filter also considers if partial delivery is allowed.

Will the app take dates into account? Will Shipment Planning work with WMS (directed put-away and pick)? Does it just consider current stock? Is this insight only available to sales staff, or can assembly workers use it as well? I use assemble to order. Can my sales staff use this to see at a glance if there’s enough materials in inventory?
