Please follow the instructions on the Installing the Designer page of our online installation manual.
If you are being blocked from installing the application, e.g., due to restrictions implied by the configuration of the ClickOnce Trust Prompt or Windows Defender SmartScreen, then please contact your system administrator if you need help to resolve any issues of this nature.
If you are using an Apportunix account to activate the designer, please check the following:
- • The Production environment that your Apportunix account is linked to has an active subscription to "Document Creator". Please check the status of your Production environment's subscriptions on the Apportunix Subscriptions page.
- • Make sure the combination of AAD tenant ID, (Production) environment name and password are correct.
If you are using a product key to activate the designer, please check the following:
- • Make sure you are using a product key for a license in the new license model. Please see the Pricing page for an overview of the available editions.
- • Make sure the combination of AAD tenant ID and product key that you entered are matching.
