We are unable to activate the stand-alone Document Creator Designer. What should we do?

Please follow the instructions on the Installing the Designer page of our online installation manual. If you are running into issues, please check the following:

  • • Make sure you are using a product key for a license in the new license model. Please see the Pricing page for an overview of the available editions.
  • • Make sure the combination of tenant ID and product key that you entered are matching.
  • • If you are being blocked from installing the application, e.g., due to restrictions implied by the configuration of the ClickOnce Trust Prompt or Windows Defender SmartScreen, then please contact your system administrator if you need help to resolve any issues of this nature.
